Skedi ~ Family Calendar App Reviews

I was really excited about this app when I bought it, however it is VERY slow and in fact slowed down my partners gmail app for getting his mail. Also, I found I had to copy my calendar entries into this app, so I had multiple entries instead of just one. The concept is amazing, needs to find a way to improve. Would also be good to have a website view as well.

Wanted to try out the free version before paying the $25/yr fee. Cant even get to trying features because of the constant barrage of ads. Not going to purchase the yearly since I cant navigate to see if its what I need.

Kudos to the developers for repeating events. I have the premium version and as a husband, I love this app! My wife delegates things to me and I dont miss picking up the kids anymore. Plus, we both always know each others availability because it combines my Google Calendar events with her Microsoft Exchange meetings from work. And I can see my Skedi events in Google Calendar too. Its awesome, I cant do without it now.

As a busy paramedic with 3 jobs and school, this app has been a lifesaver!

I have been looking for a way to share family calendar events while keeping things integrated with the apple calendar app and this fits the bill!! Great Job!!

Its my go-to calendar app. I keep it with the apps at the bottom of my phone . Extremely responsive help desk too!

Really helpful for keeping my familys activities updated. Syncing between different calendars is invaluable. Super App.

I initially had problems getting the app to work and was confused by it capabilities. The help desk replies quickly to help requests. When that was not working for me the president of the company sent me his phone number! I called and he answered all my questions, listened to my confusion and is making changes so this doesnt happen to others and he walked me through the steps I needed to make this app work for me. I look forward to Skedis improvements that they have planned for the future. I am glad I stuck with it this app will make life easier!

My only suggestion would be to add a function that allows you to enter work schedules easier. I would rather not see a dot on days that have mundane things like work but I would like to be able to keep it on skedi.

For someone with a memory disability it works wonderful for my spouse and adult children to keep up with my Dr appointments and it enables me to schedule them around their schedules.

Love it, wish there was a way to enter weekly appointments.

Works great for busy family of 5. I just wish you could put in recurring meetings, change the colors of the family members in calendar view and also identify overlap activities in calendar view.

I like that I can share a calendar with the husband, but I wish I could update and enter events from my computer. (Can I?) The fact that I cant see events that the husband creates is a bit bothersome, but not too bad. I would also like it if the family calendar had a monthly view. All in all, a really good family calendar app!

Still learning how to use it. It works well. Not sure if SMS works, still havent figured that out or else def. 5 star rating. It gets the job done.

Overall, easy to use and only app that seems to sync calendars flawlessly. My only wish is that when an invitation is sent, user could accept/decline right from email rather than closing mail and having to open app. But, again, so far I love it!

I previously wrote a very negative review that I regret having written. I did not adequately or sufficiently pursue "support" or thoroughly read the FAQ. I quickly heard from the President of the company developer and his offer of help was quite reassuring and helpful. Anytime a developer goes to this length to make things right, then thats a developer I can respect and look forward to new products.

I saw the reviews and purchased. It crashes many times on my iPhone 5. It is very confusing on what calendar on your phone it uses and updates. I would say it is still early in development. No way to do reoccurring events, cant edit unless you created, refresh takes a long time, it kept putting events on my work calendar even though it was not the default, also it pulled events from work and posted to the family calendar. Saw crashes on: adding an event, refreshing calendar, editing events, viewing calendar.
